About Me
I have never been particularly interested in staying in one lane.
Over the course of my career, I have worked in hospitality, manufacturing, packaging, executive leadership support and entrepreneurial business building. The industries have changed. The challenges have changed. The common thread has not.
I enjoy helping people and organizations move from complexity to clarity.
For more than 20 years, I have worked alongside executives, founders, leadership teams and operational organizations — sometimes building structures, sometimes leading teams, sometimes supporting transformation, and often helping translate ideas into practical reality.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of leadership, organizational development, governance, business building and execution. Whether I am supporting the Managing Director of an industrial manufacturer, helping grow a packaging and consumer products business, or working through organizational challenges with leadership teams, I am most engaged when strategy, people and execution need to come together.
My experience spans industrial manufacturing, packaging solutions, packaging machinery, e-commerce, consumer products and hospitality. Across these environments, I have helped build organizations, develop processes, improve communication, strengthen knowledge management and create structures that enable sustainable growth.
What motivates me most is not creating plans. It is helping turn good ideas into something that actually works.
Because in the end, progress rarely happens through strategy alone. It happens when people, priorities, structures and execution come together in the right way.
